There are more people nominated than have even bothered to vote.

You should change it to a top 20 next year. top 50 is too many, some of them can't even be bothered to vote.

I agree. 20 would be better. It would be easier for you to manage.

There are always people away or people who aren't even aware they've been nominated until after it's over, and there are always people who leave it until the last moment to vote... should get at least 40 by the deadline I'd imagine.
