Thank you Josy - it has just 'stabilised against the dollar'.

Well, I'm 20 and know plenty of other 20 year olds that voted out. So it's 20+ deciding the future of 16 year olds, if that makes you feel any better.

That's true

But I would have if they just lowered the age to 16, and so would many more who could have voted for the first time

I think the leave campaign did a better job in all honesty, more leafleting, computer pop ups and as you say the oldies went out and voted.

Congrats Arista btw :

THIS 'oldie' has forgotten much more than you and most kids your age will ever learn.

Do you think that the 'Bright young things of the 1960's and 70's stop being bright just because they age in accordance with nature?

The greater majority of 'young people' do not even have a clue about the subjects which they are voting on - including the EU.

'Roamer phone charges' have been THE deciding issue for some 'young ones'.

Do not disrespect people just because they have - naturally - grown older, because ageing is something that all too rapidly will come to you.

I'm not disrespecting anyone? I'm not saying people over a certain age shouldn't be allowed to vote or anything

I'm just obviously annoyed that the young people who will be living in this country, finding jobs, buying houses, paying taxes, will have to do it in a non-EU country which is clearly not what the majority's of us wanted

So the greater majority of the UK voted to LEAVE the EU - people of all political persuasions, all age groups, all with differing IQ and knowledge levels, but you KNOW better?

Without googling - tell me:

a) What The Rotterdam Effect is.
b) Whether the Uk has a positive trade balance with the EU or a deficit?
c) What is the mean average of our Gross Annual contribution to the EU?
d) What monumental benefit did Margaret Thatcher win from the EU in 1984?
e) What is the unfair anomoly in Britains EU Fishing quota?

Need I continue?

None of that matters when the statics shows more young people wanted to stay? The people who will be living in this country for next however many years

I honestly believe that should most be the most important factor, but hey ho the majority have spoken

If the Scots do demand another referendum and do split from the UK, which I can see realistically possibly happening now.
Scotland has voted heavily 62% to 38% in favour of remaining.

I have Scottish ancestry so would love to head further North myself.

I also could see the EU, since Scotland is a member of the EU at present as part of the UK, being fast tracked as to remaining a member of said EU.
I'd certainly prefer being part of Scotland now.

I think the UK will soon now have its own constitutional crisis after this vote, with likely difficulties in Northern Ireland too.

You heard about the pound yet? Worst since 1985. China wants to stop trade and Scotland and Ireland want to shaft GREAT Britain.
