Now, at this time, I prefer Gaga. This is her time in the spotlight. Madonna has had plenty and made billions.

But overall I prefer Madonna. She is the ultimate female performer of all time. I believe history will show that. Her impact has gone way beyond just music; sexuality, fashion, female empowerment. And she has blatantly influenced virtually every female popstar of the past 20 years. A true musical legend by any definition.

Tragic how some still attempt to belittle her. Spare me your ignorance.

Point #2 - digital sales have been going for about 5 years...that's not much of an accolade. Madonna's sold 200 million records. GaGa isn't even on the list of bestsellers.

Point #3 - Her 'fashion' is silly, and not just that, it's a total ****ing ripoff. She's not remotely creative - for her ALBUM cover for starters she stole David Bowie's Ziggy-stripe and other than that all she's really done is wear next-to-nothing and a few stupid headpieces. Bjork, Grace Jones, Tori Amos, countless fashionistas (Vivienne Westwood, anyone?) have been doing that for decades.

Point #4 - Well let's see about 10 years.

Point #5 - Barack Obama is the biggest celebrity kiss-ass since Tony Blair; Elton John is wheeled out for any old slut (Pete Doherty at Live 8, anyone?) and Diversity have performed for the Queen...

Point #6 - omg the grammies, those really rare prizes.

Point #7 - That's fair enough. Impressive. But who is the competition? Britney's a mess, Beyoncé's songs all sound the same, Christina disappeared for about a century, who else is there? And actually - the Beatles had 8. That can be whatever record you like if you bend the rules.

So no. No accepting from me.
