Joe, I liked your idea but the quality of the banner was off putting.
Maybe next time look for some higher resolution pictures.
Also, I generally prefer lighter layouts, but that's just a personal preference. Heh.

Ok, first of all... Dean didn't 'leak inside info'... I asked him if he knew where my post had gone, and he told me it had been removed due to Patrick responding with an insult and him being infracted.

If you want to know why something happens on a forum, you should ask a mod. I asked a mod. He answered me. How this can be construed as 'leaking inside info' is beyond me.

Moving on to the next issue. I did not insult Patrick. In fact, I wasn't even insulting Patrick's design. There's nothing wrong with his design. I was making a joke. I do that. I have a sense of humour. Patrick knows I do this. He probably realised that I wasn't having a go at him and that I was just having a laugh.

But he reacted. He does that. I expected him to do that. It makes me laugh. It's called humour. Some of you should try it.

If he got the infraction merely for what he said to me, then I'm sorry that happened. However, since I don't know exactly why or how he got the infraction, and I'm not privy to 'inside info', I don't want to comment further on that.

As to the infraction system being unfair... I have several infractions on my account, so I'm certainly not immune. But any system on a forum is unfair, as you have several different moderators interpreting the rules in different ways. You can't do anything about that. It's an internet forum. It's moderated by people who give up their free time to do so. Complaining about the system isn't productive and an infraction is hardly going to spoil anyone's day.
