New cover time, I mocked this up over the course of today and there are some aspects that could be tweaked but I'll face the music and upload it first to gauge the general opinion.



14. For this one I decided to take a different approach with the design in particular in regards to the bar and circle approach which I had used in my previous covers, feeling that with the new Channel 5 eye that the old format did not prove as effective or as professional as what it may have done for the Channel 4 eye, so for this design I decided to discard the white around the eye and just have the eye on it's own, with the 'bar' being a simple black separating bar. This design I'm not too sure about myself, but I'll let you be the judge of it and if you feel unsure about it I'll happily change it, as ever feedback is appreciated

I Love the BB14 DVD cover I would buy it But it would be better if Sam was not on there Gina's Charlie and Callum's and hazel's is fine but put dexter in sams place Evan know he did not win and big bore Sam won and but dan in dexter's old place

I felt even though I hated Ian and Alec they were major characters and important to the series, more so then Talla and Andrew IMO. Tom over Topaz was a tricky one but I went with Tom because this guy dominated the coverage in the pre jury.

Woah! These are great - keep the BB6 cover as Ant, Makosi, Derek, Craig, Kemal and Science, dont replace either of the legends that are Kemal and Craig with dullard Eugene!

Also Lea should be on the BB7 cover as she was such a big character and involved in a lot of story's but then there is no one to to replace her with I suppose, perhaps Richard or Glyn?

Peter was such a non-factor in the actual BB Canada game (ooh, he helped get Suzette out...) it's a bit silly for him to be on the cover.

The colour scheme of the background looks identical to one of the Survivor DVDs but I can't remember which one...

But Peter was also a producers pet who got loads of coverage within the show even if he didn't deserve it. I don't like him as a person or a player but he is one of the characters most remembered by the casuals unfortunately.

As for the Survivor cover I think it was Marquesas which had the blue and purple scheme.

Unfortunately the Blu Ray cover was the only design of this kind that I've done, it was just a trial for somebody who wanted a Blu ray design which was a bit different to my usual covers.

What I can give you though is the CBB12 cover design:


The end of a new series means a new DVD cover to commemorate it's end, this one is for CBB12 and features the same design used for BB14. A couple of notes on this one is that I initially wanted Courtney on the top row but found that her hair was so massive that it would be almost impossible without throwing off the rest of the design in the process. As well as that I did find choosing the sixth person quite difficult to choose, but went with Sophie Anderton due to her status as an early series villain, also I decided to do away with the shadowing since some people weren't too keen on it.

Ooh, that new CBB design is one of my favourites - good colour scheme.

I think Louie and Carol should swap places because of the way he's winking. And it'd be good to have a picture of Vicky in the backdrop as she was still a significant part of the series (you could make a case for having Carol and Vicky at the bottom in the same row as the series 'rivals', but Sophie makes sense).
