I think we should have elections for mods. Every 6 months, we should have an election to replace 2 mods. The mods that have the lowest votes should be booted out, and then we have an election to select 2 new mods.

I do know what that means, but I AM NOT trolling to bump my post count. I couldn't give a flying flip about how many posts I've made. I really don't care, and I've had it, Ben. I understand you're only doing your job, but I can tell you with 100% confidence that I am not trolling to bump my post count.

Just stop with the accusations. I really don't care about "boosting my count". I am telling you that I was indeed trolling before (and not intentionally), but not to boost my post count.

In regards to Mollie, she replied in a jokingly, light-hearted manner, so it's clear she wasn't offended. Whether or not people felt offense to that is up to them. I was talking to the OP, and she had no problem with my comment. What matters?

And, you know what I took offense to? Having my thread locked because you thought I was trolling. I was being very serious with that idea. That's what I took offense to.

I've nothing against you, Ben, and you can be nice; however, YOU HAVE got it wrong about me this time, and I don't know how you can expect me to feel good when I'm not "spamming to boost my post count".

Oh yeah for that I agree. The best way to have mods is to monitor members over a period of time and base the decision on their activity, their general rapport on the forum, how strict we think they would be as well as fair and the time of day they are usually on.
