ive never been in a sauna ive been in this steam room once when i was at this hotel and some fat man shouted at me coz i was talking to my nephew who was in the pool while i was in the steam room so all the steam was escaping and he went berserk and i was just like urm its only steam chillax

I only went once, but I also found it hard to breathe in the Sauna. The good thing about the steam room is that it's really good for your facial pores..
