You can never expect something like that anymore tbh - it's Channel 5 we're dealing with now. And by Channel 5 standards, I think the ad is pretty damn good and hypes up the show.

Brian is utter **** though and almost ruins it for me. What a loser.

Right, I've watched it back. It isn't as bad as I first thought - but I do think it looks like a Trailer for a ******ing Sims 3 Expansion Pack in the middle.

It's still horrendous, and could of been alot better.. but okay.. Okay.. it's not that bad. It's just Brian's part at the end that needs to be slaughtered.

But I can guarantee that only small bits, if not none, of the olympics theme will be incorporated. The HM's determine a series and how good it is, so Im still optimistic

Well if they're going for a competitive theme then it's time to up the prize fund to Ł500K and really start forcing the 'game' upon them.

I thought it was a fantastic advert. It played on the whole Olympics hype and made the series feel like genuine 'event' tv. It pulled upon classic BB cliches and was quite entertaining, and was certainly more intense and serious that the god-awful ****e that came before it.

But yeah, I liked it :P
