Some vague spoilers

Spoiler:

Sumo challenge is second immunity challenge.
Stick challenge (John vs. Natalie promo) is third immunity challenge or later, but we're assuming it's the third.
All of Hunahpu (blue tribe) makes it to episode 3 based on the preview. John does too obvs.
Nadiya and Natalie are confirmed to at least make jury.
Val makes it to at least episode 3.
Alec, Baylor, Dale, Jaclyn, Josh, Wes. Two of these are the first two boots.
