I do get annoyed when called a hypocrite.
In the first weeks of this series Ashleigh was my 3rd placed housemate and Helen was my 15th out of 16.


Over the weeks watching them both, while not that impressed with eithers behaviour overall,I have warmed to Helen and cooled to Ashleigh.

Helen is now my 5th out of the 8 left and Ashleigh is my 7th.

Ashleigh is down there now with me for being 2 faced, because she has interracted with Helen as a housemate from the early days but only said really nasty and unpleasant things as to her, to others, 'behind her back'.

Until she says to Helen's face,(as Helen has mostly done with her), all the things she has said to others about her behind her back then she is 2 faced,very much so and a coward to boot too from where I am standing.

That is not what 2 faced means. 2 faced is where you act nice to their face and then the next minute you are bitching about them behind their back. 1 face = nice, 1 face= bitching. TWO FACED.
Danielle is an example of a 2 faced housemate, she would act nice to people she had just been bitching about.

No. it doesn't. it means that if someone gives the impression they haven't a problem with you as was the case with Helen and Ashleigh,then if it is the case that if you have a problem with someone and spout off nastiness about them to others while they are left ignorant of it, that is being 2 faced.
When you don't tell them to their faces what you are willing to say about them behind their back.

It is a cop out to say I never liked someone while never telling them so.
Helen first learned what Ashleigh was saying about her in the vt playbacks,sorry, dress it up all you like but she was being 2 faced because she was overall indifferent to Helen on the surface but bringing her down behind her back.

People like that who spout out lies and nastiness to others about someone behind their back, can often cause loads of problems for others.
That is 2 faced,one face to the person in person and a totally different take when talking to that other person to others behind their back.

Some of it can be harmless,I agree but I prefer people who tell others to their face what they think of them and not go to others behind their backs.

No,Ashleigh was never "miss sweetness and light" to Helen before they made up after all the VT stuff,You are right in that,that would've been two faced.Ashleigh and Helen never spoke to each other and both slagged each other off to other people.That is NOT two faced.

Why was Helen so perfectly aware of Ashleigh's dislike for her then? You do recall Kimberly telling Helen not to raise to Ashleigh's bait because she would only end up looking bad?

I think I am right but Kimberley only advised that after they had seen the vts of Ashleigh being 2 faced about Helen and others, Ashleigh had plenty to say to Steven about Kimberley,not to her, too after those vts were revealed.

Nope, it came long before. Ashleigh had made it perfectly clear to Helen she didn't like her and Helen often commented on it. And Ash when asked who the person he detested the most in the house was, said Ashleigh. All of this was before any conversations were played back. She had made it perfectly clear to both of them that she couldn't stand them.

I'll take your word for that then although it doesn't register with me as that early but you seem sure of that as a 100% fact

It still doesn't excuse the things she has said to others as to Helen behind her back, rather than to her face.
As for Ash, I agree he was unpleasnt as to Ashleigh at the start,something she has clearly held against him until all her so called friends have gone.
With him not doing or saying anything unpleasant for ages now as to her.

The point is Helen only learned the real nastiness of what Ashleigh thought as to her from the vt playbacks.
Ashleigh never said a thing to Helen's face whatsoever, now she is all over Helen.
What does that say about her,I am just disappointed Helen has not seen through that too.
