You do realise that a lot of prostitutes are forced down that road because they lack opportunities, education and are exploited? Most of the time I'm pretty sure it's a choice none of them would wish to make, but it's either that or they can't support themselves. Not really something to criticise someone for I should think

And even if it is a choice, if two consenting adults are willing to exchange money in return for sexual gratification, what business is it of anyone else so long as no one is getting hurt in the process? If you wouldn't want to do that, fine, each to their own, but people can do with their own bodies and their own money what they like, just because there's some imaginary social rule invented by humans that apparently it's oh so abhorrent, doesn't mean that it is.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that Helen became a prostitute bc she owed 500 pounds to a loan shark since she wanted to go on vacation to Spain.
