Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to series 4 of Strictly Tibb Dancing!
So far we have only had 2 winners take home that glitterball award, Tony and Cherie(no not Blair!) Well after winning the glitterball twice, Tony has now been promoted to the judging panel, whilst Cherie is going to try her hand at doing a double of winning the glitterball twice. But we have 13 couples all lined up and ready to take to the dancefloor and at this stage it is anyones game This week our contestants are taking on Musicals week. Who will chitty chitty bang bang their way through to week 2 and who will reveal themselves not to be the greatest showman. Lets open the show!! 1. Performance 1 is a Rumba to Holding out for a hero from Footloose by Livia and Graziano 2. Performance 2 is a street commercial to Friend like me from Aladdin by Lewis and Janette* 3. Performance 3 is a viennese waltz to must have been love from Pretty Woman The Musical by Cherie and Gorka 4. Performance 4 is a Cha Cha to Faith from Sing by Riley and Oti 5. Performance 5 is a Salsa to Bidi Bidi Bom Bom from Selena(musical biopic) by Niamh and Alijaz 6. Performance 6 is a Jive to Welcome to the 60s from Hairspray by Jake and Dianne 7. Performance 7 is a Contemporary to Dancing Queen from Mamma Mia by Smudgie and Johannes 8. Performance 8 is a Charleston to Fat Sams Grand Slam from Bugsy Malone by Parmnion and Karen 9. Performance 9 is Theatre Jazz to Hot Honey Rag from Chicago by Kate and Kevin 10. Performance 10 is a Foxtrot to I am telling you from Dreamgirls by Cal and AJ 11. Performance 11 is a Quickstep to Get Ready from Motown the musical by Nicky and Nadiya 12. Performance 12 is an American Smooth to Ireland from Legally Blonde by Liam and Amy 13. Performance 13 is a Tango to Smooth Criminal from Thriller by Kazanne and Giovanni |

1. Livia and Graziano: Rumba Amy Jade: Wow! It must be so daunting knowing you are the first one out tonight but you really kicked us off with a bang! That was super impressive and enjoyable and I can see potential in you already. This was definitely more Alesha Dixon than Ed Balls. Great start! Adam: Great Start! Morgan: This was entertaining Tony: It was pretty good Mitchell: all singing, all dancing., powerful Barry: Hmm, ok I see. Ok well I liked it but it's no Bonnie but good start Amy Jade:8 Adam:7 Morgan:8 Tony:7 Mitchell:7 Barry:8 2. Lewis and Janette: Street Commercial Amy Jade: So I don't want to be mean but this was a little uninspired for me, Dev and Dianne did this in just October and although I totally understand a show with such a history may produce a few similar performances I feel like this choice was a little lazy. Think outside the box! Adam: I see potential Morgan: Wow what a performance Tony: It did nothing for me I'm afraid Mitchell: my first low mark strictly copy of the series yay! Barry: Oh fun I really liked this Amy Jade:4 Adam:6 Morgan:7 Tony:6 Mitchell:3 Barry:9 3. Cherie and Gorka: Vienesse Waltz Amy Jade: This was beautiful! I had a tear in my eye watching you dance so gracefully to such a lovely song, I am so happy to see such a high standard, this is my first year judging (hopefully not the last!) and such amazing performances make this job a joy. Adam: Could have done better Morgan: Absolutely Gorgeous Tony: And it certainly was loved from me. That was excellent! Mitchell: Aww so cute Barry: Amazing! Ugh this is the dance to beat so far. I loved this for week 1 Amy Jade:9 Adam:5 Morgan:7 Tony:10! Mitchell:6 Barry:10! 4. Riley and Oti: Cha Cha Amy Jade: Another fantastic performance, the standard is so high and I am so proud that you are thinking outside the box. I think you could have given it a little more oomph but for the first week you can only improve. Well done! Adam: It was ok Morgan: Wow we love: A bop Tony: I've certainly got faith in this song Barry: The cha cha cha is a hard dance but this was fine Amy Jade:7 Adam:6 Morgan:8 Tony:8 Mitchell:5 Barry:8 5. Niamh and Alijaz: Salsa Amy Jade: Yaass girl! My foot was tapping like crazy all the way through, you were fantastic! Great pick for a first dance to keep it sexy and slow, I can see you being a front runner in a few weeks with choices like this. Slow and steady wins the race! Adam: Wtf???? Morgan: Meh you can do better Tony: It was decent, nothing more. Barry: A fine salsa here. It was a good dance Amy Jade:7 Adam:2 Morgan:6 Tony:6 Mitchell:7 Barry:9 6. Jake and Dianne: Jive Amy Jade: You're all so good! Haha another amazing choice from one of my favourite musicals, I think this was such a perfect choice and I could tell you put so much effort in. Amazing! Adam: Hey mama Hey mama look around everybodys grooving to a brand new sound Morgan: Wow such energy Tony: I loved it Barry: This is my favourite song from hairspray so good job on that. It was amazing! Amy Jade:9 Adam:9 Morgan:8 Tony:9 Mitchell:4 Barry:10! 7. Smudgie and Johannes: Contemporary Amy Jade: Nice start and I enjoyed your performance but I found it a little boring if I am honest, nothing really stood out and when the standard is so high you kind of fell behind in my eyes. Sorry. Adam: Well done Morgan: you ARE the dancing queen! Tony: That was amazing. I thought I wasn't gonna like it but you proved me wrong Barry: I liked it, different from the bop it is but it was good Amy Jade:5 Adam:7 Morgan:8 Tony:9 Mitchell:5 Barry:8 8. Parmnion and Karen: Charleston Amy Jade: I enjoyed this, great performance and song choice and on a normal week I think you'd lead the pack but with some of the amazing choices tonight sadly you get left behind in my memory when thinking of my favourite but I hope you stay to show us more. Adam: I was very bored Morgan: Oop slay queen! Tony: I loved it! Barry: The Charleston ahh what's not to love. This was effective Amy Jade:6 Adam:3 Morgan:9 Tony:10! Mitchell:5 Barry:8 9. Kate and Kevin: Theatre Jazz Amy Jade: Gorgeous. Stunning. Brilliant. I can't praise you enough, this was such a good performance, everything from your enthusiasm, to song choice down to the outfits just worked. My only gripe is Chicago for Jazz is a little predictable so my score is a little lower. Still a very strong start. Adam: It wasnt my cup of tea Morgan: Jazzy Tony: That could have been better Barry: Affective but obvious. Good job Amy Jade:7 Adam:6 Morgan:7 Tony:5 Mitchell:6 Barry:8 10. Cal and AJ: Foxtrot Amy Jade: This didn't quite work for me, I feel like the song didn't really fit although I can tell you put thought into it and you performed well and showed some really great promise so I hope the other judges see something I don't tonight. Adam: and I am telling you.....that was brilliant Morgan: wow such a natural Tony: And I'm telling you that performance was spectacular! Barry: Powerful song. Ugh love it Amy Jade:6 Adam:8 Morgan:10! Tony:10! Mitchell:8 Barry:9 11. Nicky and Nadiya: Quickstep Amy Jade: This was everything I wanted from a Quickstep, it was retro and so much fun, I really felt like I took a step back in time but I'd like to see you step it up over the coming weeks and listen to your pro. Well done! Adam: im ready for you to slay Morgan: A load of **** Tony: A good performance Barry: Classy. I liked this quickstep Amy Jade:8 Adam:8 Morgan:3 Tony:7 Mitchell:7 Barry:8 12. Liam and Amy: American Smooth Amy Jade: This was very strong, great choice but once again I think looking at the overall standard I think you got a little lost in the crowd like others tonight. I love how you thought outside the box however and look forward to seeing what you bring to the competition Adam: Good job Niamh(I hope) Morgan: Your probably in the dance off Tony: Wonderful Barry: It was ok. Didn't like it as much as the others Amy Jade:7 Adam:7 Morgan:4 Tony:8 Mitchell:6 Barry:7 13. Kazanne and Giovanni: Tango Amy Jade: This worked! You showed real potential here, however. Susanna Reid performed a Tango to this exact song so we already knew it worked. I hope you do well in the vote and come back and wow me next week. Adam: A great dance but you lack personality Morgan: A smooth dancer, you are Tony: That was the best performance of the night! Barry: What can you say about this one really? very happy with my scores, solid 7's, 8's and morgan's 3 i'll happily ignore if there also is no constructive criticism
glad my slightly outside the box thinking got appreciated a bit get ready was used on strictly but not on musicals week so it ain't exactly copying
