FYI the story was first printed in the MIRROR before it did the rounds of other papers and it came from Neil Sean, a Royal expert, via a source ‘close to the couple’. The source or the article didn’t say they are suing, it reports that their lawyers are ‘casting an eye’ over the episode to ascertain if suing would be feasible. The latest seems to be that they conclude it would not, and it would make them look totally ridiculous to do so.. they already look ridiculous enough.

I'm not even a south park fan ,but they mock everyone..... they've been doing so for a long time. H& M aren't exactly the only celebrities to get ripped to shreds .

if anything the episode could be seen as more tasteless towards the Queen as you see an open coffin of a cartoon image of the dead Queen laying there , that Kyle's brother keeps watching on his computer or something. But it's done in such a OTT way.....as it's not to be taken seriously as he keeps bawling his eyes out .
