Are you thick? Every seizure is unique. That's like calling a depression storyline unrealistic because the character didn't show all of the symptoms.

You do realise that some fits involve no movement whatsoever? Like Ashley said, everyone is different. Plus, the acting required us to know that the character was having a fit, and the standard understanding of what a fit looks like is what we saw Stacy doing.
