labour's pledge to end austerity in its first 100 days is beyond laughable

Austerity is an ideological spending plan. Of course it can be ended quickly. I do enjoy the way you say that you hate everyone then only criticise labour. That's your right, of course, but from what you write, there's only one outcome that will be a nightmare for you.

I have a feeling Labour will get in and IF they do they better deliver what they have promised and would probably do better to change their leader, but they will probably do what they always do spend, spend, spend, get us almost bankrupt again and leave it for the Tories to clean up yet again,so they (the Tories)then get blamed for trying to cut corners to get us back on track, and so it goes on.

Kaz this is false. The tories have exploded the debt, not labour. The tories haven't cleaned up anything. It's the tories that have been spend, spend, spending, just not on stuff to actually benefit the people.

Didn't the Labour party leave a note for the Tories saying something along the lines of there is no money left, I saw a pic of it somewhere I'm sure.

Yes they did, it's the kind of note that exiting parties have left for each other going back decades. The only issue, is that labour were too trusting and maybe naive to believe the tories wouldn't carry it around politicising it for 6 years.

Would you be interested in seeing the actual debt figures going back from the last labour government to now?

That was a worldwide financial crash... how could it just be labour?

Now can you see how this misinformation thing works?

Even if Labour only manage to do half the things they’ve promised by the end of a term, we’ll still be in a much better place than we are now under the Tories.

Tories have skyrocketed the national debt and what have we got to show for it? Vital services cut, budgets for local councils drastically cut, school fundings cut, the top 5% have been allowed to double their wealth while millions of people have been pushed into poverty at the other end, they’ve had 10 years to make a difference and they’ve done nothing of the sort, they’ve got one thing right, Britain does deserve better.

One of the bankers who helped contribute to the global financial crash is a high powered Tory cabinet member and spends his time trying to lay blame at the feet of Labour.

It’s.... Savid Javid.

When they come to write the history books, and write about when it all began to turn around.

When your children or grandchildren ask you:

“What did you do to end that world of rough sleeping and food banks?

“What did you do to save the NHS and stop the Tories selling it off?”

“What did you do to bring back pride to our town?

“And to finally wrestle back control from those who had kept it to themselves for so long?”

You can tell them:

“It all began when we voted*Labour, when together we laid the foundations of that new society, foundations so deeply rooted that no Tory could ever tear them up.”

You can tell them:

“It was when we proved, once and for all, that the doubters were wrong. That the doubters are always wrong: another world really *is* possible.”

OR... you could tell them you did nothing.

My mistake, bit of a misunderstanding. Labour initially said they want everyone to work a 4 day week, then the tories twisted that to mean that the nhs would be closed on some days, that's what I was referring to.

Yes
that is why the debate live today
on Politics Live BBC2HD
highlighted what Corbyn the NHS no 4 day week
stated today.
But other Industries will go on a 4 day week

I do not have time for Twists
