Being lactose intolerant really sucks
I had a ice cream last night and never even thought about it and within ten minutes i thought i was was going to poo myself inside out. FML

Yes i just forget i avoid milk but things like ice cream and cheese i always forget about and it really ruins my day
I have lactase tablets that let me eat some dairy without having too much of a reaction but i never remember to take them until its too late.

...ahhh I didn't realise you could get anti lactose intolerant medication so you could have a bit sometimes...I'm the same with eggs but I do occasionally have them anyway just because I want to but also because (similar with those who suffer from IBS I guess..)..I do think that with intolerances, it's kind of good to introduce a little at times to see if the intolerance could be 'pushed' a little and just to have more of a balance and a little of everything...so long as it's not going to send you into anaphylactic shock or anything and I'm not a medical person, it's just how I rationalise things..that nothing should be 'never' and maybe it could improve the intolerance over time..?..but yeah, awful for your day though I know....I hope the ice-cream was nice and (kind of) worth it...ice-cream quite often is.....mind you, egg and chips once or twice a year and the discomfort it brings as well is heavenly...there is no more satisfying pain like it...even childbirth doesn't come close and seeing that little face in front of you....

last week girl hands out leaflets. She says it's for those interested in anything part time as an addition to work. I felt sorry for her so I took it and I had to hand my number. She called thursday, I wasn't in the mood so I told her to call back friday. She calls back friday, I say ok so what's this business? what doo we have to do? what do we have to sell? She's soft spoken, out of breath and speaks fast "It's not really something I can talk about over the phone, we have to meet face to face" [at my house] at this point i'm thinking what dodgy **** are you pulling. I told her to call back but i'm not going to pick up. If it's something worth anyone's time at least give them an outline of what it's about? why would anyone let you into their house when you and this "job" sounds dodgy?
