It's a massively dividing conflict because for likely the majority of people thinking of Israeli victims and Palestinian victims is near heartbreaking at the senseless losses of lives on both sides.
Yes Hamas are terrorists and they inflamed the tensions to war again this month.

Israel however needs to respond rightly but within international humanity laws.
Hamas don't and don't care.
However Israel needs to not follow the Hamas route on that.

I had concerns when Natanyahu was elected but hoped for the fragile scenario to continue.

I am however fed up of the antisemitic accusations fired at people who DON'T like Natanyahu or the Israeli government.

i would've given Netanyahu the advice, for a clean and stealthy operation joined forces of the Mossad and USA's special forces (same ones who eliminated Bin Laden basically) Hamas are terrorists, terrorists are a global threat (same as ISIL, Al Qaeda) and when you know that there are many innocent palestinians also living in Gaza, i don't think bombing is the best way to go at all, Hamas also kinda use those palestinians as human shields to hide behind

This conflict really is a desperately bad situation.

How things are now and have been for the last over 3 weeks now doesn't seem a solution.

Truth is, likely no one really has a solution.
Just hopes.
For sure the world's politicians seem to not have a clue what to do.

Part of "making peace with that" was establishing a whole boatload of new international laws to outline war tactics that would be considered war crimes.

we all know that war rules are only accepted in very specific circumstances. Similarly, UN resolutions (when they can actually get them through) mean absolutely nothing.

If you start calling Israel war criminals, what good does that then do? They have several levels more they can go to without blinking and while America and the UK may tut tut. They will always back Israel 100% behind the scenes
