A memorial service is also taking place tonight at Edinburgh's St Andrew's Muirhouse Parish Church.

Candles were given out at the door before the service, which was open only to the local community

I can't stand seeing his gorgeous wee face everywhere!

The police will have to either release the mum, charge her or formally arrest her later on tonight.

I'm positive she knows what happened to him.. But did she actually murder him? Did he die by accident and she's tried to cover it up? Or did somebody else kill him and she's covering for them? The whole thing baffles me!

The body of a young boy was discovered in woodland

I'm confused about this either she was responsible for his death in which case murder or manslaughter should be the charge...but to charge her with neglect ???

The boy is dead so did she kill him or neglect him to the point he starved to death either way it's murder , even manslaughter would be too low a charge ...!!!!
