You can't take such a stance if you voted for the Tories. You got what you wanted, you've made that bed and now you'll spend the next five years lying in it.

I’ve already said that I did NOT vote for anyone !!

They’re all unreliable, dishonest and egotistical..

Well you certainly don’t given your dissing me for ‘voting tory’ when I’ve explained numerous times that why didn’t vote for anyone

The opposite to how it's being run now.

But in particular the three main things that need to be fixed by the Tories are funding for the NHS, funding for the Police, and of course find ways of making homelessness dwindle in the country (like Tony Blair did during his time in charge) so that one should be the easiest one for his Administration to fix.

And as a bonus I'd like the Tories to try and not divide everyone in the country on such a massive scale, I know of some people that hate each other because of issues such as Brexit or debates over Scotland staying in the UK and I'm hoping that Boris will defuse the situation.

But sadly I do suspect largely more of the same from what we had with Cameron and May.

I’ve just seen Richard Burgon being interviewed by Sophie Ridge on Sky News .. well she couldn’t interview him as appears to be a robot ( with some serious glitches ) .

What a complete idiot ..

Boris must be praying this chump is the next Labour leader

Whether you voted or not doesn't matter if you support them like you've shown here. My points stand.

But in your own words, you support Boris. You think he's gonna fix things as you mentioned in that post I quoted.

I don't get people who don't vote like it's some grand gesture... you are voiceless, you have said nothing. Your no vote protest was pointless.

Not voting is essentially voting for the status quo which means a tory led government.

It's odd this thread is alluding to some superiority in the mentality of Tory voters over labour voters... when one big argument was against labour voters apparently suggesting many were stupid to vote tory...
So you don't like them being accused of being stupid but you'll happily make a thread that projects similarly?
Smacks of hipocrisy tbh

Depends on your take on things .. I’ve never trusted any political party enough to vote for them so I’m happy to say that I’ve had no part in any of the past disastrous governments.

Silence is acceptance in issues like this. If you've not been prompted to vote these past 9 years then you've ultimately been happy with how things going which is why you've stated such support for Boris.

In your opinion. .... but then you supported Corbyn so that makes it basically irrelevant.

Yes, thank you for stating that an opinion is indeed an opinion, we all needed that reminder, I'm sure.

As for the rest of the post, it makes no sense, try again.

Don't make out that I'm forcing you into silence just because you can't handle a debate. Do better, put some effort into it. Don't be a sore loser and slate someone just because they out-debated you.

I’ve no idea what you’re talking about .

I simply meant it was pointless entering into any ‘political ‘ discourse with you as your views and opinions are set in granite ..... hell you can’t even read between the lines of what I said ... you just read my post , decided what you thought I’d said and came up with absolute some guff .

More insults and no actual arguments, as expected.

I voiced an opinion on how I’d like things to be in ‘an ideal world’ ...
You simply labelled it as ‘silly’ and you still continue to misunderstand what others say and make incorrect assumptions on ‘their’ behalf ...
