4 June 2024,

[Two people have been arrested
after Nigel Farage had a drink thrown
over him while launching his personal election
campaign in Clacton.

The Reform UK leader was leaving a pub
after carrying out media interviews when a
woman appeared to launch a McDonald's banana
milkshake over his face and suit jacket.

Essex Police said a 25-year-old woman was
arrested on suspicion of assault.

While making the arrest, the force said a man
was also detained on suspicion of assaulting
an emergency worker.

"Both individuals remain in custody for
questioning," a police spokesperson said.

The politician was walking out of the
Moon and Starfish pub - a JD Wetherspoon - to the
Reform UK party bus at the time.]

I had laugh that he was coming out of a Wetherspoons.

Its a serious incident, of course,

I have no liking for Farage.
However this could have been really bad, thinking of whatever may have been thrown there other than a milkshake.

It's really frightening what people in politics now have to look out for.
Fearing possible injury to serious injury or even worse.

Farage is the kind of individual who would brush this off and try to make some light of it.
While I'd guess realising inside just how dangerous this was.

What is in the minds of people to set out to do an act like this.
I'm glad he's okay and it was a milkshake.
However he and all other politicians shouldn't have to be in fear of dangerous nutcases incapable of reason who decide to assault.

Nigel spoke in the Pub
before the silly girl attack,
to Ch5HDnews cool reporter Tessa.

He told her he felt the end of the railway town
needs investment,
and he will back them up,
if elected on the 4th of July.

As political protests go I think a bit of milk to the face is really quite harmless

The point is it could have been anything its scary to have any liquid flung in your face unawares. I can't believe people would make light of this.

I do find all the pearl clutching a bit nauseating when it’s coming from people who are happy to continue to see thousands of children be murdered in the name of Israel, the theatrics is not even faked well anymore

Nigel is one of few politicians to go out and engage with the public now

all the other main parties don't for fear of Muslim aggression

Thumbs down do not watch SLY News

SLY news just gets worse and worse

Sky News disgrace themselves for third time in a week by referring to this assault on Nigel
Farage as a “humbling experience”

Our MSM media does a great disservice to the general public over and over again.

Oopsie doopsie!

Word on the street (the Internet street) is that Ms Milkshake's boyfriend is a Reform staffer.

Is it funny yet?

That's Emily Hewertson, she's a right wing commentator/online personality. Admittedly looks quite similar but she didn't throw the milkshake. People spread this rubbish so readily without scrutinising it
