What day is this on? Like what day of the week? I remember last year in the Gay Village they had this all over the tv screens as if it was a football match. |

Its a Saturday Fom
 SEMI-FINAL 1 - Tuesday 12th May SEMI-FINAL 2 - Thursday 14th May FINAL - Saturday 16th May Also, the Hosts will be revealed on Wednesday. (The pair who were supposed to host were scrapped after the female host announced she was pregnant)

Finland, Ukraine, Greece, Norway all good this year. Still cant make my mind up about Azerbijan. I think its pretty good, but a bit 'common eastern european drum beat pop.' lol

Croatia, Ireland, Latvia, Serbia, Poland, Norway, Cyprus, Slovakia and Denmark All had there big chance on the big stage, i think the stongest 2 rehersals were Cyprus, even tho there song puts me to sleep, and Norway.
I really dislike Norways song. The lead singer seams SO FAR UP HIS OWN ARSE ITS UNREAL!!! That puts me off the whole perfomance, there is a stong difference with being confident and being a cocky arsehole! Norway: Cyprus: |

I want to know when Ukraine rehearse. Because, they are in the first semi final which is only on the 12th.
Svetlana Laboda, who sings the Ukranian song, said in an interview that a big metal circle is being flown to Russia from Japan, and she will use it in her performance, and apparently shes had to sign a form saying she knows the 'risks' it involves  Sounds amaze

btw, i think you can see the metal ball at the start of the official Ukraine video for Be my Valentine. Actually, for the first time, alot of the music videos dont seem low budget or rushed: eg Ukraine, Greece, Finland, Azerbijain, Bulgaria, Germany... |

The reason i think the UK will do well this year is that Jade is very good live wheras the others... well.... not so much  Also the voting has been changed in our favour, as the judging pannels from each country contribute 50% of the voting and they will probably like the fact that Webber was involved with our act. |

OMG.
The Ukranian entry singer, Svetlana Loboda, hasn't got the greatest English accent, and on the earlier versions of 'Be My Valentine' her pronounciation is really bad, its improved a lot. Anyway, she sounds WAY BETTER on this song which was popular in Ukraine, even though its in English..I love it |

I like Norway but I don't want them to win, I don't think he gives such a brilliant atmosphere compared to some songs. Russia shouldn't have won and Serbia shouldn't have won the year before, Ukraine should have won both
