So everyone my tip is to play the world dance, but mute it with the mute icon in the corner, at the same time press play on the song choice do not press mute and then watch the world dance with the audio from the chosen song

I never knew you could do it that way. I’d totally find the song on Spotify and then watch the vid on mute on YT. Your way is much easier.

Next is Shania Twain and Johannes

[Bahamas] Quadrille

1. European Roots, Caribbean Flavor
The Bahamian Quadrille originated from European court dances (especially the French quadrille) but evolved uniquely in the Bahamas. It was traditionally performed at social gatherings like weddings and festivals, blending African rhythms and Caribbean flair with European structure.

2. Rake-and-Scrape Music
The dance is usually accompanied by rake-and-scrape music, a distinctly Bahamian sound made with instruments like the accordion, saw (scraped with a metal object), and goatskin drum. This lively music gives the Quadrille its upbeat, syncopated energy.

3. Colourful Traditional Dress
Performers often wear traditional Bahamian attire: brightly coloured dresses with petticoats for women and smart waistcoats or vests for men. The visual style reflects the joyful and festive nature of the dance, often performed in squares with precise, coordinated movements.

Next up is Keira Knightley and Gorka

[Albania] Shotes

The Vallja e Shotes, or Shota, is an Albanian dance that originates in Northern Albania and Kosovo and is an important symbol of Albanian sentiment and patriotism.

The dance involves synchronised steps and a strong rhythm. It is commonly played at weddings, folk and cultural festivals

Although a traditional Albanian dance, it is widely performed in the southern Danube area and since the 1990s has also become popular in Romania.

[El Salvadore] Xuc

* also known as Salvadoran folk music
* was created and popularized by Francisco "Paquito" Palaviccini in Cojutepeque
* The name "xuc", originates from a Salvadoran instrument called juco or juque,[3] a typical wind instrument, which sounds "xuc, xuc" when played.

Closing world dances is Anne Hathaway and Kai

[French polynesia] Tamure

-French Polynesia has a variety of traditional dance forms, including the Tamure and Hivinau as prime examples.

- The Marquesas Islands are where the Hivinau had it's start. It is frequently done as a solo dance, and is known for it's quick movements and upbeat choreography.

- The art of dance is ingrained in Polynesian culture, and is crucial to conserving and spreading the islands cultural heritage.

- The 'Upa' Upa (another traditional dance form in French Polynesia) is a more relaxed and more fluid form of dance. Done in pairs and it is renowned for it's beautiful and fluid motions (until I attempt it that is lol.) And the 'Upa' Upa has it's roots on Taumotu Islands.

- The Society Islands are where the colourful and energizing Tamure dance form is from. It is distinguished by it's brisk choreography and frequently features acrobatic gestures and leaps.

…that’s actually excellently matched with the dance…..it’s the first time that I’ve heard the the theme tune as it’s not a series I’ve watched…I also think that the Theme from From would maybe have matched a Viennese Waltz…?…

…and the Friends theme for a Quickstep, maybe…
