Thank you so much for even remembering ..

Well she’s doing a bit of sneezing ( and snoozing ) and the odd cough but she feels fine if a little tired .

I’ve just tested negative again even though she’s been testing positive since Thursday - her lower bars have been getting darker each day .

I honestly expected to get it by now to be honest as we are just carrying on as normal at home .

It’s all rather perplexing given I’m old , male , carrying a bit of timber .. working in a huge high school with 1300 young people most not bothering to wear masks .

(Incidentally 3 out of 7 staff have so far tested positive after spending just a day with that young pupil in school- last Thursday )

Just stop testing yourself - if you get her mild symptoms you will know you have it you dont need a test to tell you this?

You can have it and pass it on to others even if you don’t show symptoms ..

You must be aware of that fact ?!

Working in education.. I’ve been instructed to test each morning as I’m sharing accommodation with a positive case

So...if I remain negative in the morning then I go to work but if I’m positive tomorrow morning I stay at home for the designated time period .

Aw thanks Cherie. He is much brighter today, bit of a headache and temp but colour back in his cheeks. He never sits still normally but didn't move yesterday. A few of his friends who've had it have been sick too.

He's fine now....to be honest I think he possible has a stomach bug too....the winter vomiting one is going round his school and I think he might have picked both up. Back to normal now so symptoms lasted around 24 hours.

i'm not getting vaxxed at this particular moment, not wise to go standing around busy crowds like that vaccination location in my city, the Beursgebouw, and Helmond especially now they are also giving 5-12 yr olds first jabs, so no way i am standing anywhere near those germs

So really it’s pointless worrying / comparing the fault infections as the numbers of PCR being done has reduced dramatically

We have been saying for weeks its the number on vents we need to look at...and they are dropping ...infections mean nothing as Omicron is mild

Netherlands: health minister Ernst Kuipers has said we are on course for 100.000 cases a day

but that we had to get rid of the lockdown because of the UK ordering us around

In the Canadian province of Quebec, novel curbs are being introduced for people who haven't had a coronavirus vaccine.

From today, alcohol and cannabis stores will ask shoppers to show proof of vaccination to secure their purchases.

Health officials say they hope the measures will encourage more people to get their jabs.

That's a different approach
