Bc most of the stuff they put forward was understandable, Sarah was brilliant as bette and dot, Jessica was great as Elsa (albeit she's been playing that character for 3 years but whatever) Finn was great as Dandy and as for the series noms they probably just submitted Orphans which was an amazing ep

I got myself all clued up on the Hotel info last night, for some reason I haven't been following the info releases much this year, apart from bits here and there.

Anyway, I'm massively excited for the season now, it sounds really good. Surprisingly (because I'm usually moaning that I find his storylines boring), I'm particularly excited for Evan's character, sounds like his most promising yet by far. I also love the whole 30s era so that's another reason to look forward to those scenes.

I actually really like those titles (but yeah, I do wish they reigned back the added sound effects and just kept with the original tune, but I still prefer the remix to Freak Show's, the alterations this time are less drastic).

I wasn't too keen on the titles on first watch but they've grown on me, looks like the Ten Commandments killer is going to be a big part of the series if they've included them in the titles, although I'd rather they hadn't of, it looks a bit messy

Oh yeah I didn't like the commandment bit - especially when they leave some on for a few seconds and others for milliseconds. Reminded me of the Freak Show titles when they had lots of empty space in the middle and then they crammed in Kathy, Angela and Jessica in in the last few seconds.

I was wondering if the order of the commandments/cast had anything to do with it, like in Coven they pretty much told us in the credits that Sarah Paulson was gonna be the supreme with the devil thing that appeared next to her name

Though shalt not steal came before Ramona so maybe she's a thief? I though they'd put though shalt not kill before one of them, but there's another commandment after it and then the name after that is Dennis O'Hare and i just don't see Liz being the killer

I just seen the main credits and i found it really interesting on how the ten commandments are in there and the umholy "virgin" type figure wearing white. I think that this season's main focus will be religion/demons/devil/god/end of days.

I also think i figured out who lady gaga's Elizabeth really is. she isn't just some "vampire" she's Lilith. it all adds up, with the kidnapping of children, sexual deviant, female demon/vampire. I think that demonic looking thing in that wedding dress is her true form.

Elizabeth or Lilith is the mother of demons, a "mother monster"..explains why there are demons running around the hotel and ghosts of dead killers being brought from hell itself to torment the detective. another interesting fact about the lilith legend that my family believes in is that she replaces the child's soul with that of a demon and for three days you have to stay up watching over the baby so lilith or one of her minions won't touch the baby.

So what is the countess's agenda? my guesses are that she is collecting souls for something..probably for some apocalyptic prophecy. that also explains why this season is connected to murder house. She is something planned with the antichrist child. I'm not completely sure on what it is but i have a few ideas. maybe it is to open the "hellmouth" underneath the hotel, what better place then a evil, twisted place as the hotel? it's unholy ground. perfect for someone like the Countess. maybe the reason Mr. March built the hotel at that site because he seen something, or he was told to build it by demons. maybe, the end of the world can't begin until this happens. he can't rule without an army of demons on his side.

the question is why is she going through all this trouble by doing this besides being evil? easy. revenge. God banished her and cursed her, I know Ryan will have his own take on the legend so she was probably cursed with the ancient blood disease/vampirism and not to be able to have children or find true love.

I'm annoyed that i read this bc the season will not be this good so I'm going to be disappointed
