There is really no need to be so rude ..

I don’t follow or read news stories as I find them too depressing and my current mental state is fragile at best so I admit to be ignorant of the finer points and details of many news items
I stand by my point that I would never leave my family in any kind of danger .. the mere thought of it is abhorrent.

i refer you to the war in ukraine, where women and children fled from the war zone. If it is not women and children fleeing then it is economic migration. This is something you know well, and should remember before insulting others

Regardless of what the PM says, they keep coming in their thousands. I've been following this quite closely, after watching a documentary about immigants being put up in army barraks. They had foreign guards in British army uniform guarding access from the press and rumour had it, the government were forming a militia army. I don't know if there's something in that or not....
