Not really, it's an opinion. He hasn't targeted anyone in particular and he just gave a general opinion on TIBB. I think that's fair enough really, as it's a thread that requires people to give general opinions. Also, the fact that now we're viewing ratios as personal attacks, shows how far pandering to a victim mentality has got this place.

well it is a personal attack because he said the same thing a few days ago and he referred to us saying why he doesn't like us

there's no need to make excuses, it's insulting members however you spin it and that's not what the thread asks.

I think we're allowed to say we don't like people, and give reasons in a discussion. I'd be surprised if the poster concerned gave a list of names, and just said Salman - ******, Jesus - ******, etc, but saying he doesn't like things about what people post seems completely fair to me.

If members are so miserable and think the place is overcrowded with terrible members, then simply press the x button. You don't need to be full of self righteousness to enter thread and say that 80% of TiBB Members are awful, If it was someone like CharlieO saying that, people would all be jumping down his throat with negativity & that statement.

Perhaps I'm wrong then, but there are definitely people I think this place would be better without, and I know lots of people think this place would be better without me.

Telling people to log off because they don't like certain people is throwing the baby out with the bath water. I didn't really know CharlieO, but I know he used to say much worse things than 80% of fms are bad. He didn't wander into any random thread and say everyone is terrible, he said it in a thread about TIBB changing.

I must be in that 80% when you work out people that he's friends with etc, but so what? He's allowed an opinion, and I don't feel insulted.
