They've got every right to celebrate. If the attacks had happened in this country then we would all be out celebrating right now.

Hmm.. that's maybe a possibility!

Maybe also the reason for the delay in Kate and Will's honeymoon?

LOL Rummy's claiming the intelligence came from Guantanamo Bay.

Its gonna be fascinating to see how the right wing are gonna spin this. They're praising Obama but over time I bet they claim Bush cleared the way for him.

Terror will not stop

As for Pakistan
it was important to not let them know.

A Blockbuster Film on this will be made, of course.

so the world is wanting proof of his death and they go and bury him at sea instantly? Considering its taken them 10 years to capture him(and billions of dollars) I find this extremely suspicious.

yes I know there are muslim rules regards quick burials but it seems odd that you can kill a man and then worry about his religious sensitivities! I think his supporters were already pissed about him being killed so holding back on the burial wouldnt have made much difference. All theyve done is leave the door open for a million conspiracy theories. Utterly stupid.

And people should remember that Osama has still not been proved to have been behind the 9/11 and 7/7 attacks. He's just a convenient figurehead to hate. Those terrorists are all still out there and now they will have revenge on their minds. Security will be stepped up and millions of people even more inconvenienced at airports etc.

Yeah, such a success.

I agree that revenge will be taken for this by his followers, some really worrying times ahead for us all I think.

Even muslim rules don't call for immediate burial. It seems odd a prize of this stature was so rapidly disposed of.

Bin Laden bragged about being behind the attacks on several occasions and the general concensus is that he was telling the truth.

The death is suspicious for sure but do people know that Bill Clinton openly admitted that he contracted the CIA to kill him. Bin Laden was never gonna stand trial.

This is the cost of doing business. He attacked the leading military nation in the world what do people honestly expect was going to happen to him? Surely no one can truly be outraged that this has happened.

I don't even see how throwing a body into the sea is even a buriel, it's just...disposing of the evidence imo

Who cares, if he surrendered or was captured after a firefight he will be either on his way or already at Guantanemo Bay receiving the finest hospitality available including blanket baths etc in the hope he can help the American Intelligence Community with a few anecdotes about his friends in AQ's future plans.

Whether he was buried at sea in the Indian Ocean or will eventually be buried at sea in the Caribbean I dont think we will be seeing many more of his home movies on "You've Been Framed".

Took 25 men(highly trained SEALS) over 40 minutes to clear the building where he was located and neutralise 5 people, yeah right! Maybe took them 20 minutes and the rest was setting the scene for the supposed death of the leader.

American Special Forces team always operate with real time helmet cameras, yet we havent seen any footage taken from them. If they had killed him in action I think they would have shown at least some footage by now.
