You are the one saying what she should and should not do if she has suffered with depression.

Do you think if someone has suffered with depression that they must never drink alcohol again? HAHA! That is ridiculous.

Speaking from experience with knowing people with serious mental health conditions i can tell you that your opinions on the issue are so off the mark. Life doesnt end if you have suffered a mental disorder you know.
everything you are saying is a by product of a pitiful over liberal socialist corrupt 15 years....well guess what? that era is over. spin is dead. now we are allowed to make judgements and not all celebrities who open up about their drugs shame are seen as heroes....the culture has changed now for the better

we lived through a 15 year period where men werent allowed any opinions....where too many rights were given away....where we would see sexual harassament for just 1 or 2 wrong words pay out millions ...but war criminals were never charged neither were corprate criminals....this is whats happened in our over liberal wishy washy country

no male teachers, no fathers. corrupt civil servants all covering others as*es. so we see systemnatic abuse all over the nations public sector...overpaid chiefs, abused patients starved to death, uselsss burocrats, bent petty police who fine for throwing a fag butt on the floor and ignore systematic drug pushing?, useless nurses but it was deemed too poilitically incorrect to ever crititize them even though people were dying unnecessarily. in such
a preachy over liberal anti establishment environment the unions grew, hence only 17 teachers were sacked in 10 years? thats about 1.7 teachers sacked a year for 4 countries? crazy. those poor kids

education standards are now soo bad that even people with A grades cant even count the change from a ten pound note...oh but everyone must go to university? eh? why? some are more suited, end of

but never fail, in such an era we went to war on evidence that wouldnt fill the back of a postage stamp, yet we spent years agonising over fox hunting?
society has been backwards for 15 yrs. thankfully reality will soon return.

why is this relevant here? because every cliched word youre spouting here is not YOU its a mantra thats been fed to you and let me enlighten you , its BULLSH*T. so save yourself the trouble and wasted energy of defending these greedy hypocrites. be yourself, youre probaabbly infinitely more interesting with far far more integrity. use your talents elsewhere

I'm not sure how her depression and inability to handle alcohol are linked. How she's behaved in the house has nothing to do with depression...and she wasn't too bad until she has a drink, then she becomes volatile..it's not because she suffers from depression, it's an entirely seperate behaviou

So what, he's not the only one who may have had dealing in his private life...... that's my point. And you can quit with the insults right now, next time, I'll be reporting you.

Only because you felt that you had some well fared experience that apparently no one else here on this thread and that only your opinion or experience / observations mattered - and more to the point - some of us have actually read her book - and I've got a feeling that you haven't - so you don't know quite what Denise herself has admitted.

Enjoy Pat eating dust.

I know a guy who goes out and gets bladdered the night before he gets means tested for his benefit so that they find more alcohol in his system and that may push him up to a higher level. there are such people. he chooses what he wants to do. meanwhile people who die of disease or live their lives riddled with polio and epileptic fits have no choice but to live and die with these diseases. the fact you cant see the difference between the 2 is very depply disturbing

I think classing alcholism as an illness is an insult to normal people who live day to day with PROPER illnesses, illnesses they didnt CHOSE to have

Addiction is an illness and its a fact that people carry certain genes which make them more prone to suffer with addiction and other mental health issues.

I think you will in fact find that the person who divulged and revealed anything about YOUR private life - was actually YOU. not I.

Yes, someone did. YOU. Don't blame me for you divulging such info, when you offered that yourself.

In fact: here is the very post that YOU made about YOURSELF.

yeah I agree 100%...but with these liberals in charge..we are not allowed to differentiate between the truly needy, the sick and the disabled....instead we see more money spent per head on criminals than on old sick people? we hear nothinbg about the disabled who lose legs and arms and suffer fits and tumors etc etc etc there are no military hospitals for poor old soldiers who lose limbs and suffer mental illnesses (they get a patronising tv award but no military hospitals. pathetic gimmicks policitcs...but we hear endlessly about poor dear so called celebrities like imogen and natasha giggs? who get paid millions because they have affairs with famous people allegedly?

Lets face it, most people can stay off the sauce (even alcoholics) for short periods especially if they know they are under scrutiny, there are places to get drunk, and then there are places to stay well clear...at 50 something Denise really should know her limits by now and should be able to stay away from the booze given she has a young son, a husband, and a career to look after...she comes across as extremely selfish and spoilt...I pity her son who will have to pick up the flak.

its not a disablity though....and it can be managed to varying degrees. everyone has some degree of self determination, except the state love to tell people they have no power over their own destiny, why? because this ensures more government jobs and more waste

Yeah true but people make wrong decisions in life and things can spiral out of control.

Life is not black and white like you are making out.

Not everything is simple.

The reality is the the jury is still very much out on whether addiction is simply that, an addiction and rebranded as an illness to make it sound more acceptable.

None of this changes anything in respect of her behaviour. If she cannot be trusted to behave herself regardless, then she shouldn't be volunteering herself for shows such as BB where she will show how vile a woman she can be.
