I agree, this has been one of the nastiest, hate-filled on seasons I've ever had the misfortune of being a part of on here. It's been pretty bad the last few years and has got progressively worse but I can honestly say I have been truly appalled at some of the comments made on this forum this series, and it takes a hell of a lot to offend me.

From the incessant slut shaming and misogyny, to the vitriolic insults about the housemates appearances. Pure bile and all of it unnecessary. It's pretty clear that some people take this television show way too seriously and forget that the people participating are regular human beings with feelings and families. If someone I knew went on this show and received some of the abuse I've witnessed this time around, there would be hell to pay.

On season is usually my favourite but part of me honestly can't wait for it to be over.

I would say that's debatable given that you appear to be quite easily offended.

Considering you joined twenty days ago, I'd say you know nothing about me. I would vouch that most people on this forum who have been here a while know that I most certainly am not easily offended, and am often justifying and defending jokes/incidents etc that are perceived as offensive but aren't.

I didn't think anything could match the awful final week of BB15 on here but this year has definitely topped it.

At least the BBUSA section is a lot friendlier and enjoyable (These 3 episodes of BBUSA are much more exciting than this series will ever be)

Indeed, and if people actually paid attention to my posts and read between the lines they'd have noticed I criticised this also.

It's all so pathetic, arguing the toss between who insults who more, and 'he said this, she did that'. How about everyone just stops? Again, there is no justification for calling Helen a prostitute, a slut, insulting her lips, just as there is no justification for calling Aisleyne a 'slapper', saying she looks ugly, or insulting Nikki's looks, the list goes on. All of it is pure bile. All of it.

Criticising housemates characters and the way they act in the house is fine, but when people start insulting them for the way they look which isn't even relevant to how they are as a housemate, or slut shaming women by calling them 'slags' (which is a totally pointless insult), or digging up dirt on their life on the outside which also isn't relevant to their time in the house, it goes way too far and turns this place into the hate-filled, nasty forum it has been this time around.

And this 'well if they're gonna do this then I'm going to do it as well' is so, so childish. By sinking to other people's levels you are no better than them.

I never liked Nikki in her BB. But she is a BB legend and has grown on me. The thread is purile. The BB fan reaction says that she IS liked from past BB series.

Both Nikki and Brian may not be perfect and have said stuff towards Helen but Helen took it too far with her behaviour and comments. Nothing excuses what Helen did, it was absolutely vile. It takes 2 to argue but some take it too far and in the Brian Vs Helen argument it was Helen who crossed the line with what she did.
