Before this, she had the perfect life and the perfect family. All changed because of one man's actions. What made matters worse is that he got off completely because the police had messed up the case and justice had not been served.

Over the following two years, the anger had started build up in Angel, she remained calm and composed on the outside, the happy-go-lucky girl to all around her, but she longed for justice for her family and to move on from this anger bubbling under her skin.

Audrey

It had hurt her that his high society parents had frowned upon them seeing each other and it had cut deep when they had mocked her and her family for being "leeches to society". Her father could not help being crippled and unable to work, and how she hated the upper classes for all their misinformed views and disgusting attitudes.

He had been angry, so very angry. His parents had forced him all his life to do what they wanted and to live up to their expectations. He'd been glad to get out of his architecture course since they practically forced him to do it to uphold the family name, but since then life had just been one battle with them after another.

Carter

The day she disappeared, she had been hunched over her laptop and typing furiously on the keyboard before noticing that Carter was watching her.

Helena

Helena was so confused, scared and her mind could not make sense, but something in her took over and she found her hand taking the stranger's. The figure pulled her through the broken window and she could feel a shard of glass slice against her leg as they pulled her out. How she loved that pain. The figure then rushed to get her in the car.

Joel

Joel wanted to work on his low confidence, which - as he was studying theatre - was a big barrier and one he needed to fix or else risk failing the course and his dream. He knew he had it in him but he could never truly find his voice and people like Logan didn't help. He longed for the day when he could stand up to people like him and show them he was stronger than they were. Ha, maybe it was wishful thinking but he had to at least try.

Kendal

Reading the letter again and again, Kendal knew this was her duty. If the Lord had sent this sign to her, who was she to ignore His will?

Liam

Having a troubled youth and constantly in and out of trouble with the law, it was inevitable that Liam would end up paying for his crimes. Unfortunately for him, that came three days after he turned 18 and was suspected of armed burglary at his local bank.

Now he just had to find willing people. He knew all about desperation and where people went in times of need. Online is where he started his search, scouring forums after forums to find willing people. Some ignored him, others kind of showed little ineterest. But he waited and watched and one by one they fell into place. He stalked them online and found where they lived. Most were far from him so he had to use his persuasion online, which had proved easier than he expected. Maybe Carl was right, he could be a great leader.

Reuben

He knew he was smarter than his parents and two brothers, and being the youngest he was often picked on which just added to his frustrations.

Vivienne

Puzzled, Vivienne looked around the room to see if anyone was looking at her. She figured it must be an office prank. She threw down the letter and bus ticket and then noticed something else in the envelope. She pulled it out. It was another note.

Vivienne's eyes widened.
