This year I really don't care who wins. If only Kyle Williams hadn't choked I'd be hoping the 9ers won. This year I guess I'd like to see good commercials (do people in the UK get to see the commercials we see?) and I'd like to see a very close game and would love the game to end on a controversial call so that the fans from the losing side get all bummed and cry.

Nah, it's on two different channels here, on one of them there won't be any commercials at all and on the other it'll just be the normal British ads

Awww, that's too bad. The super bowl is the one time I'm aware of where people actually WANT to watch the commercials. That's cause if you have to pay $4 million for a 30 second spot you can bet they'll try to make it memorable.
