It's clear you have a problem with diversity, yes. And use such things to mock and ridicule women and people of colour as somehow less than their white male counterparts. We're well aware.

Well, it kind of does when the people who apparently have undeservedly been given jobs is based on your opinion of them, and they just happen to literally be a woman or POC and therefore literally got their job as a box tick.
Or are you saying you're objectively more equipped to hire people for broadcast television/radio?

Not really. Having a policy to raise racial/gender diversity doesn't equate to hiring any woman or POC that walks through the door. That's just plucking at an excuse so that any woman or POC that you don't like gets the "hired on their genetics not their talent" label. It's bullish*t.
