i heard that blue sky had dive bombed and this backs it up. I think the issue is that all the members on social media sites are indoctrinated with the same cool ade and short of shutting the platform down, there is nothing that can be done about it

The hysterical hyperbole from the right is an exact representation of what the issue is, they want this to happen to people they disagree with, they’re just angry when it happens to one of them instead, it’s a state of mental illness that desperately needs addressing

I think it’s clear that the left have the right beat when it comes to mental illness atm.. unless the shooter was like, completely sane and sorted and just decided to shoot a random person because they felt like it

I think so because I've seen the information being released. I think if they hadn't already identified them, they wouldn't be putting out information like this. It might be they hope someone comes forward who might know them with more information.

This is very incidental, but hub said over the past week several people in the field had come up to him and asked him if he knew Charlie Kirk. He thought that was really odd. It's not a household name for us He works in law enforcement so they have to keep tabs on these kinds of things and so there's word of mouth as things continue to pop up. So it may just be that he's enjoying a surge in attention in general and any number of things could've put a spotlight on him and encouraged someone to act.

Putting myself in those shoes, just even hearing about him being spoken about around my own world offline would've been a clue that these politics are becoming much more mainstream. That's obviously another reason for someone to act out.

🚨 BREAKING: Investigators have obtained "high quality" video of the Charlie
Kirk assassin, but will NOT yet be releasing it to the public yet

The suspect arrived on campus at 11:52am, walked across campus, and
accessed a rooftop from a stairwell.

After the shooting, he ran to the other side of the building, jumped off the
rooftop, and fled into the neighborhood.

That's where investigators found the doorbell camera footage of him.

If he's on camera then it's definitely not a professional hit. A professional would not leave any trace behind like this.
