Doug, Mandy, Cindy & Esther have all revealed that they have recorded their segment for the new titles. So seem as though Tony has left for a while he will be taken out, along with Gilly who has yet to return. And Duncan & Lee will be taken out aswell, and i'm sure Finn will be too as he has to be a recurring character.

Also Alice Barlow (Rae) said she will be back on screen in 5 weeks... like wtf? She hasn't been on in screan in 2 months, how useless is she, she needs to be Silas'd.

I think Alice Barlow has been on holiday, there are some characters in Hollyoaks that are still hanging around that have no family but are around because of their connections to other characters.

I would be disappointed if Rae left the show before Noah or flaming Liberty even if her family is there, the actress will do a Summer Strallen and leave for a singing career.

All the characters do it, because there is such a big cast it's what HO do to rotate the cast and which storylines will be focused on each week because the actors are contracted to appear in a certain amount of episodes.

well i don't count Finn as a character anymore, but Rae & Diane are the ones who disappear for the longest. Rae was in it with the baby thing then disappeared for ages then came back did about 5 episodes with working in the Pub and hasn't been on screen since, and she won't be back for another 5-6 weeks? Happy Diane is returning though, shes very likeable.

Alex Fletcher who plays Diane did tweet that she's got scenes with the McQueens coming up and soon in the village. They need to give her a storyline of her own..

I thought she would have been great with Tony but of course he'll settle for Mandy again.

i'm gonna miss Tony, he was like an extra in 2011 i think thats because he was supposed to have loads of scenes with the Sharpes but they were suddenly axed, hopefully he is in it a lot more when he returns.

They'll be planning what to do with Tony when he returns because he is a show legend and it would be a blow at the moment to lose Nick Pickard who is a very good actor.

Re what you said about Finn, would like to see his reaction about his real mom only having him for the sake of Sinead's health, that still hasn't been revealed to him yet..

Well hopefully with Diane it will be her and Sinead together. Not just her in a few random scenes that don't make much sense. But I'm assuming it will be to do with Sindead and Bart anyway

Not sure, i'm always hoping for a Clare Devine because if Warren can return..

I think Jess should make a brief return and apologise to Darren for running off with his money even though it was a classic exit for her.
