The domestic violence felt forced tbh. Gemma didn't act very well during the scenes, it just looked like a pair of babies slapping each other.

Maybe they revisit it. Rachel comes back supposedly being cured and reunites with Sam, but then goes back to her old ways, beats the hell out of Sam, gets caught, ends up in court and gets send away for a few years...

I really doubt Ross would do anything to hurt Debbie or her kids. I think it's definitely revenge on Pete in some form and it may lead to Debbie leaving the village (the actress is pregnant so is going on maternity leave soon).

Nicola is ought to be back October-November, i think. The actresses maternity leave is about to end and then she will get back to work and start shooting.

Charity however... another 6 months or a year maybe? (She has to suffer her sentence first)
