Clare Devine was a real Hollyoaks baddie, same as Scott Anderson and Rob Hawthorne and Warren Fox before his return this year. Toby Mills, Sam Owen and Niall Rafferty too.

Compared to a panto queen like Janine they make her look like a saint.

They've got to cut down on that and try to make it edgy as it once was and appeal more to those in their 20's and mid 30's that watch it instead of just aiming for the school kids.

Definetly, a more mature show would do the show wonders.

I'm really liking Esther at the moment, my favourite current teen by far she's so sweet and gullible but needs to see through Ruby soon.

I can easily see them putting Ste and Brendan back together despite the violence, they have quite a big online following and I must admit I do like their scenes together.
