If George Graham was in charge through the post 1992 direction that football has gone, you wouldn't have been winning 1-0, or winning things. You'd be in a worse position overall and I doubt you'd have a shiny new stadium.

Football like that has it's limits. When Jose left Chelsea last time, they were on a massive downward curve, and his last game was a dour 0-0 home draw with some small European side, played out to half a stadium. That's what Jose guarantees eventually.

He is responsible for the massive souring of relations between Barca and Madrid, and resorting to eye-gauging shows him up for what he is.

I don't blame anyone for wanting him to manage their team, I just think it's short sighted.

I think Mourinho and me share the same philosophy on what constitutes good football. I can take or leave the 4-4 end to end Harry Redknapp style game. I dont consider that to be good football. I much prefer the tight chess match type of game.

Moruinho hates Barca. Everyone knows that and he does little to hide it. I think it was once at an obsessive level but it seems to have tailed of recently. I don't disagree with him cuz I think they have been very disrespectful to him.

I agree Jesus that George Graham had to go for the sake of the club and the standard of the football and we would get no where playing like that these days but I'd rather win ugly than lose pretty. Sorry.

He hates Barca after they refused to consider him as a replacement when Pep took over. That sums him up - he turned round and shat on the club that actually kick started his career. So that's where his hatred comes from - his own sense of self entitlement.

He doesn't try and take part in chess matches - he tries to get it to 1-0, then don't concede. He's just lucky that he's always at teams with budgets/players where he can just use the 3 or 4 good players to play counter attack.

But obviously we can all like whatever kind of football we like. There are no rules - he's just an arsehole.

Porto kick started his career not Barca. I don't agree that he showed self entitlement, he was one of the top mangers in the wolrd when Pep was hired and they referred to him as 'the translator'. I think that disrespectful. I can see why he hates them.

I have absolutely no problem with his tactics. In fact I think he's a defensive genius.. I've seen Mourinho change the team formation 3 or 4 times in a single game. I'm actually in awe of that kind of tactical awareness, like when Inter played Chelsea in the Champions league and he was Inter manager he gave Ancelotti - one of the best managers around - a tactical lesson. I wish Wenger was half as good.

As I said before, he's not the nicest person you'll ever meet but he's already one of the greatest managers ever.
