It would save the people you like but that ruins the fun of voting out the ones you really hate because then you won't be voting for them to go

Then again, we can't enjoy the satisfaction of a high percentage vote....

Noirin could still be in suffocating the show. Noirin was going was really pivotal. Bea took her place straight away and became even more hated, and Marcus managed to shake off the stalker tag. If Noirin didn't go, Bea would still be fun loving hippy and Marcus would still be a moody stalker

but if it was vote to save every week, you'd have to vote everyone else just to get the hated hm out!!

i'd prefer to vote once than 10+ times. think of your phone bill!!

You wouldnt be voting 10+ times though, nominations as normal would mean usually it was only 2/3 up.

A better way i think would be the THREE or more HMs with the most votes are up, this would stop the block voting if it happens next series.

This OR the HMs vote two people THEY want to save, and the people with the least go up for eviction.

2 phone lines.

One to save and one to evict for each housemate.

Take the evict votes away from the save votes. Whoever has the lowest total leaves.

Interesting, but a bit hard for some to grasp I think.

I suggested the other day that the housemates should vote to save 2 housemates each every week for nominations the 2 withthe least votes then go up for public eviction would make the block voting harder to do.

Vote to save wouldn't work if only 2 people were up.

Alternate - noms for 2 weeks then everyone up for 1 week in a vote to save so the public can pick off the ones that are surviving by 'default', then start the cycle again.

Rubbish idea. Mine is much better:

Big Brother WOULD have been saved had everyone listened: we need votes on punishments, not evictions, every friday. That way, channel4 still got their text-vote-cash and we still get to watch great housemates.

But will people listen? Nope. Too stupid you see. The mindless will never ''get'' the bigger picture. I rule.

After 10 years people still do not understand Big Brother.

It is a 2 part game, where the HM's have to seperately become acceptable to their fellow HM's (ie not get nominated) whilst at the same time trying to be popular with the public (ie not get voted out).

All this talk of positive votes every week defeats the whole point of the show.
