Default Does the huge Siavash support show how Shallow and Materialistic the viewers are?

He has to be the most dull and miserable and utterly lifeless person I have ever seen on Big Brother. Looking back over Big Brother, past dull individuals, even winners like Cameron and Anthony at least had personality.

He says something and it means absolutely nothing. He seems to think saying

"Yeah, that's how it is" or
"It goes like that" or
"It's how it will be" or
"You know it's done like that" or
"If it happens, it's all good"

And how can it be "All good"? What is that supposed to mean? It's not all good. Nothing is all good at all.

But this is why I write this and make this post. These are all shallow vacuous statements that mean nothing. They amount to nothing but it shows how utterly lacking in clinical or detailed observation the world is.

It's like the "End of" or "you know what I mean" or "innit" - but it's been replaced here with something else.

You could easily say "Dogshit tastes nice and that's how it is" and because the world is utterly full of people who can't make a dog's dinner out of bread and beans, they will agree with it because you said something vague and irrelevant like "that's how it is" because it's a statement and people believe it in the fear of looking foolish.

Well I don't think I look foolish if I ask "what is how it is" and "what is all good"? I am sure then I will get a response from our under-educated easy A Level nation of

Mumble mumble mumble what's up Big E innit ya know what I mean that's how it goes

... a la Siavash.

I have as part of this done the maths and looked at the polls. Siavash is not very smart. Fairly stupid to be honest. Why? Well, he is desperate. He has little to no friends. Thank You to his counterpart on the outside, it has been established without doubt that he didn't have a girlfriend and it was all part of a huge plan to get magazine deals. He knows a lot about the show, vis a vis, the inhumane game plan that lacks any inkling of a conscience.

So, I have done the maths, 2 million people watching. Of that 2 million, about 100k vote. (this is based upon the statistic from last year where in a 3.5 million viewing show, 200k voted) Now of that 100k, half support Siavash. I would go as further as saying half of that half, support him with a devotional obeisance that dullards would show to a mumbling guru in India.

That's 25 thousand people.

Now of that 25 thousand people, I would say the majority are women who see an ugly man glorified and feel their prayers have been answered. It is the rise of the uglies and one of them are being adored on the idiot box.

So, with the viewing figures falling because some of us would rather watch great Dramas on the BBC or ITV or even Channel 5, we're left with people who are either lonely or just shallow and materialistic because a man says "yeah, like, with it innit like that's how it is"

And this... via simple maths, makes me happy that the country is not going to pot - Endemol are just serving the lowest common denominator.
