Not sure whether it's just going to be like that for the Results Show but it's definitely better in blue.
Red just makes me think American Idol immidiately. So yeah, red or blue, what do you prefer? |

Considering most X Factor viewers dont watch AI because its **** and American,
I dont think most people care... However, I dont watch AI and I always thought their colous were blue? I think Red has a really scary them to it especially when Dermot says DEAD LOCK! Blue has a really cool and relaxed them to it, I prefer... Blue

I don't watch American Idol either, I've tried to get into it, but it's just ridiculously OTT (X Factor you can cope with). From pics I've seen I think their set IS blue, but when our set is red it seems more American-ish to me for some reason. Plus I loved the blue on the set used from S3 onwards so I'm probably more used to it, it's just nicer. But yeah for deadlock I love it when it goes red, but that's the exception. |

The American Idol stage is almost constantly Blue.
When they're at eliminitantion it goes red, and when Ryan talks to the contestands before their preformance it's red. But It's mainly blue. And I'd like X Factors stage to be blue always. It's a horrible new set, it's just more horrible when red IMO.

Once the contestans are into the semi-finals on American Idol, all the sob stories are left aside and the focus is soley on the singing. That's why I respect AI way more then the X factor. The x Factor is almost a pantomine at this stage what with the judges at each other every week and the contestants constant crying and whinging because they are raising their child alone because their partner got shot by Islamic terroroists in 1994 and their entire family has been wiped out by a plague, and Oh ya, their mother has MS aswell. Such OTT-ness at every turn. Seriously, go and watch an episode of the finals of AI. It's just about the contestansts and their voices and preformances.
