The killer looks very camp in the last picture which makes the whole thing kind of funny (even though it isnt)

Grand Theft Auto

Its just somthing people do in that game lol
Walk up to people like that and shoot them in Broad Daylight for the whole town to see.

And then walk away ussually getting away with it.
