Same reason grown men like 19 year old chav girls. Slutty & crass = huge turn on for me.

Also, Bartoli's Hideout was a bitch of a level.

Yeah but I was a very bad player. And lets face it, Venice was the high point of the game. Well, that and watching a bunch of monks shoot the **** out of each other.

Tomb Raider II taught me that Monks do indeed keep the M4's on standby. Wish they would remake it like they did with the first one.

Remake TR2 like they did with TR1? As in delete 40% of the game, change the story, change Lara's bio and change everything beyond the point of recognition. TRAnniversary was a vile excuse for a "loving and respectful remake" they called it.
I don't want Crystal Dybamics to TOUCH another awesome Tomb Raider.

That is a pic from a facebook group I think. But yeah, I hate those kind of bitches, glad they stick to their silly little social circles.

Yeah lol I've joined a lot of "I hate stuck up bitches!" groups. XD The only thing that would make her more of a bitch would be if she had a straight cut fringe.

Bah, Crystal Dynamics kicked the series back into gear at least. Angel Of Darkness was one of the worst games I have ever played, and the entire control system was outdated by the time the franchise made it to Last Revelation.

I bet you never even gave it a chance by getting to the third level at least. Seriously, once you get past the controls issue you'll see that it's an incredible game. Shame so many critics are so 2D. Legend was an abomination of a Tomb Raider title. Painfully short, another lead character (just happens to be called Lara Croft), very easy and the mother of all dumbass stories.

I hate Crystal with a passion.

You see, I have a hard time getting past the controls issue. Because I need to control games to play them. If a game feels terrible, I am not going to waste my time playing it/ All those critics did not all reach the same conclusion through successive brainwash sessions. It was a broken game. If Core had finished developing it, I would have finished playing it. Simple.

Tomb Raider has never exactly been renowned for the inspiring storyline anyway. Take all the mumbo jumbo away and your essentially left with ''find this rock''.

I can see where you are coming from with the perspective of preferring the old style of play, though. I get the same thing with Final Fantasy and Resident Evil.

The storyline in Angel of Darkness was intensely good. And it wasn't Core Design's fault, it was Łido$ who rushed them to get it released. They forced it out before it was done and it was totally unfair of Core to be fired. I despise Eidos for this.
