Yesterday :

Breakfast
A bowl of rice crispies
Cup of tea

Lunch
A ham, cheese and mayo sandwich with a packet of cheese and onion crisps
Cup of tea

Dinner
Kippers, mashed potato, broccoli, carrotts and gravy
A glass of summer fruits diluted drink

Snack
packet of crisps

also I had around 4 cups of black coffee and a cup of tea throughout the day

Today so far :

Breakfast :
A bowl of rice crispies
A cup of Tea
A glass of Orange Juice

2 cups of coffee

I'm meeting some friends for lunch so will probably be a bigger lunch than usual
