Today was a bad day..
ready break mars and bounty milkshake subway.. twice large filet o fish meal and a cheeseburger a small baguette I felt disgusting and greedy so gave a homeless man money and walked about 3 miles |

..I think that you have to allow yourself some bad days, Salman, treats are important and it is your body telling you that you're craving something and that's cool because it's not what you're eating all the time...but diets aren't about depriving yourself of things that you like...but what you did was lovely, even though you really don't need to be disgusted with yourself at all...try to think about all the days you've done amazingly and not the few that you just want to eat the less healthy stuff...

I agree with Ammi Salman if you are serious about losing weight/keeping fit then give yourself a treat day either once a week or even a fortnight, it gives you something to look forward to and will motivate to eat healthier during the week since you know you can get a treat on your allocated day and you get into a nice habit of eating good all week then having a less strict day.
Or if a food treat is too much temptation to keep eating unhealthy then you should buy yourself a non food treat every week or 2 even if it's just like a tshirt or something small like that. Last edited by Josy; 16-01-2014 at 10:11 PM. |
