I always tend to go to bed around 2-4 AM and I'll wake up around 9AM if I've got plans but Half 10 if I haven't. I ussually have a lie in on Sundays though to catch up with sleep.

Most times though I can't stand oversleeping.

Generally, I'll go to bed 10pm/11pm on both a college/non-college night, 'cos I'm mega paranoid about messing up my sleeping pattern.
On a college morning, I'll wake up at 7, to give me two hours to wake myself up, have a shower, eat, &use the laptop. My college is a ten min walk from my house so I'm never in a rush haha. Other mornings, I generally wake up about 9/10.

Obviously if I'm at the pub, out, at a party or clubbing then I'll stay out 'til whatever time LOL.
