Most annoying would be Jayne BB7.

Not sure I "hate" any of them, as I havent really met any of them. Bea would be close, but I couldn't stand Sophie, Rodrigo, Bex, Luke, Charley, Richard, Saskia, Lesley, or Vanessa (BB5) either.

And on CBB there was the entire Goody clan (didn't mind Jade on BB3, though),
