Is it operated by Big Brother or is it operated by the housemates?
Because surely the housemates could just open it while tasks are being set up if they wanted to? |

I would imagine it's controlled by Big Brother - like they've done before/do with the other blinds.
Like you said, they'd be able to open them when tasks were being set up which BB definitely wouldn't want. |
