Or maybe the recent contrived BBs has driven loads away?

It doesnt matter how often they change the house decor....it's still the sameold sameold format without anything new to spice it up. Even the opening night shenanigans was a damp squib.

Hopefully another channel will take up the franchise and revamp the show all over.

World Cup is definitely a factor, also as the popularity in sites like Facebook and Twitter rise, people spend more time on those sites, and less on ones like here

Maybe things'll pick up soon, though. People probably still getting into it, I never use to join or post on the Channel 4 BB forums till half way through when I actually had something to say, lol.

I dont think it has anything to do with people losing interest.
As the ratings go, BB last night got 3.0m, and the equivelent episode last year got 1.9m. And the highest Sunday episode got 2.4m and on our first Sunday episode we beat that by 600,000.

Also, its the day, in about 4 hours the forum will be busy again.. doesnt help most people were in school since the thread was posted, now it will be more packed i reckon.
