What was the point of this, was just on live feed. Was pointless. In the past housemates have been put up for eviction for talking about noms and seeing as Dave got the most noms anyway BB should put him back up.

i know he had to choose someone to replace him, Govan was his other option out of his first nominations.

they never do get much of a punishment the first few times during every series its just so they know we are watching and will we punish you. It usually puts a stop to it all
if it happens later into the series it is always punished more severely.

Dave didn't get the most noms, he got half of what Sunshine did and the same as Shabby.

To be fair, he wasn't being sly, he just slipped up and immediately apologised, plus it was after the noms anyway.

Even Shabby said it was daft and his mishap was actually "nice". because his blip was saying he was surprised she was up and he didnt vote for her. The others jumped on him straight away.

If he had said he had voted for her, then i think he would of got more.

Yeah - it was a minor offence - he discussed a past nomination - mentioned one name and immediately shut up when the others told him he was breaking the rules. It wasn't a big deal and the 'punishment' wasn't either.

Shabby's nom discussion wasn't that much of a big deal either and her punishment was also suitable.
