Bullsh*t. She might not be able to help being angry but it doesn't mean she has to scream and ***** about like a total loony. Get real, course she can control her tantrums, she is not a little kid.

I bet she one of those that got into trouble at school but then didn't end up getting told off because she said she couldn't control herself. P*ss off love.
